THIS CLASS IS AVAILABLE ON SITE BY SPECIAL REQUEST
The supervisory program consists of specific training elements needed in effectively dealing with a group of employees efficiently and professionally.

The supervisory program includes:

dealing with employee confrontations

encouraging good work habits

leadership

crisis management

communication

coaching techniques

This class also includes role playing and feedback sessions regarding the supervisors performance. this session is intended for experienced supervisors as well as those new to supervision.
